I tried to reach them to cancel a subscription that was charged and that I don't needed, or for at least try to scale it down with their help.
Interface is old-fashioned an misled me in the choice of my subscription they have a slider to change your package but it doesn't work until you pay again.
So i've set it up to $19.90/month but when the bill came I was charged $99.90.
I've sent 3 emails that Mailpro never bothered to answer, I called several times, they've never answered.
Overall I am not satisfied with the service.
...
The product works fine as a text-to-sms gateway, but they keep spamming us with offers to upgrade to another service which we don't want, and there is no unsubscribe link.
We have tried phoning, and emailing their support and legal addresses, but there is no response.
...
Cons
Support is terrible.
When you email support, they don't reply.
